Jennie Carreon is a Government Relations Strategist with 25+ years of experience advocating for quality education, health care systems, and social justice movements. Jennie migrated to this Country at 9 years of age from Mexico and quickly became aware of the inequalities that continue to motivate her work as a community leader and advocate. She studied in 15 Countries around the world and has worked in the Governor's office, City of Los Angeles Mayoral Office as a healthcare executive with the largest FQHC in the Country and as Deputy Superintendent with the California Department of Education. She recently opened her own consulting firm, Carreon Group, Inc., who specializes in State and Local Government Relations, Board Recruitment and Crisis Management.
