Cynthia is the Founder of Unycyn Civic Arts and Founder/Executive Director of ArtPORT LA, Southern California’s only civic-scale art park that will enliven civic space at the LA Waterfront launching in time for the 2028 Olympic Games.  Cynthia also founded the Civicas Civic Action Network, served as a governing board member of River LA and AltaSea, and on the Advisory Board to the UCLA Luskin Center for Innovation. 

Cynthia attended Yale College and has a BA in Cultural History and a Masters in Architecture from UCLA.
