This will be the initial project to be built on Taylor Yard. It will consist of a one-mile greenway and a water quality improvement element. The design of the greenway will be led by State Parks.

This project has already secured public-sector funding from three separate grants awarded by the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy. But a large gap remains that River LA will help to close.
